Description

The Municipality of the County of Victoria is seeking proposals from an experienced, and qualified consulting firm to develop a collaborative curbside solid waste collection plan for the Municipality of the County of Victoria and Municipality of the County of Inverness. The objective of this RFP is to have a consultant evaluate current waste collection practices in both municipalities, identifying opportunities for integration and efficiency, and design a unified, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable collection system that serves residents across municipal boundaries. This includes, but is not limited to, recommendations on the following: i. Fleet and Capital Needs Assessment ii. Route Optimization Plan iii. Staffing Plan iv. Operational Transition Plan
