Description

The City is seeking to engage a Contractor for interior and exterior residential unit maintenance and repairs as required for The City’s inventory of real estate property that includes, but is not limited to, town house complexes, triplexes, duplexes, single-family homes and accessory buildings (i.e.: garages), and vacant lots and commercial buildings.
