Description

The City of New Westminster is seeking responses from qualified, experienced website development firms to lead the redevelopment of its municipal website, newwestcity.ca. The goal of this project is to modernize the website to better serve residents, businesses, and visitors by improving usability, accessibility, navigation, and overall user experience.

The candidate will have proven experience working with municipalities and a strong understanding of the complexities and service needs of local government. The successful vendor will demonstrate a resident-first approach and a deep commitment to enhancing digital customer service to the community.

This project is expected to commence in Q4 of 2025 with an anticipated launch date in Q3 of 2026. The budget for the scope of work is approximately $150,000.
