BCLC is procuring professional Workplace Investigation Services providers to ensure a safe and respectful work environment for its employees. We require vendors with a minimum of 7 years of experience working with organizations of similar size (1000+ employees) and complexity, such as Crown Corporations, in the regulated industry, or public sector entities. The scope of services for workplace investigation includes preparing detailed reports with findings and recommendations, where applicable, and providing aftercare support for all parties involved. The scope of services for mediation includes acting as a neutral third party to support disputing parties identify the issues and root causes of the dispute, explore resolution options, and facilitate the outcome of a mutually acceptable agreement. Through the RFSQ process, BCLC will invite the top 5 respondents to enter into the agreement and for the inclusion on the roster.

BCLC uses Bonfire for all documents and submissions. Interested Proponents are invited to submit a proposal on the Bonfire portal.
