The City of Charlottetown is issuing this RFP with the goal of engaging a Prime Consultant to provide the required architectural and engineering consulting services in connection with the planning (and cost estimates) for the redevelopment of a Sherwood Sports and Recreation Complex on the property and surrounding City-owned area of including Sherwood Recreation Hall, Cody Banks Arena, Sherwood Lawn Bowling Club, and the property of 54 Maple Avenue.
