Summary Details

The Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to experienced and suitably qualified software providers (the “Proponents)” to submit proposals for the provision and implementation of Land Management Software (LMS), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The CVRD is seeking proven LMS with a demonstrated record of effectiveness and efficiency, and that is currently in use by other municipalities or regional districts within British Columbia.

Notes
This will be the only notice posted to BC Bid concerning this project. All documents/addenda are only available for download/submission on the CVRD Procurement Portal Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to check the Bonfire portal for any addenda(s) before submitting their response.
