Description

HMMS wishes to acquire a consultation service solution that meets the following requirements:

• An audit and review of existing policies, business systems and processes related to the Workplace Violence Program.
• Development of a gap analysis report.
• Identification of areas for improvement related to the Workplace Violence Program, policies and processes.
• Development of an evaluation program including performance metrics for the organization regarding workplace violence and physical safety.
