AB-2025-05070 - 797314 - RFP-EWSI-9K-AB-HA- Forest Heights Dry Pond and Storm Improvements

While this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by EPCOR, all services, equipment, prices, terms and conditions, presentations and promotional materials contained in any submission (the “Reply”, as defined below) may, at EPCOR’s sole discretion, apply to any or all of the EPCOR Entities (as defined below). The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information).

Construction of the Forest Heights Dry Pond and Stormwater Improvements, consisting of a new dry pond in Mike Finland Park and trenched installations of various diameter storm sewers (up to 750 mm diameter), with anticipated trenchless installations at 98 Ave NW and 75 St NW. EPCOR makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in this RFP. The Proponent is responsible for making its own evaluation of information and data contained in this RFP and in preparing and submitting its Reply.
