Project Summary: This is a Request for Standing Offer, no specific project or scope is tied to this posting. This posting is to shortlist firms based on the following requirements. The City of Calgary is looking to upgrade and install new features and amenities in various parks and public areas over the next three years. Additionally, there will be several ad hoc projects each year, awarded to Contractors as needed for emergent improvement work based on the call-up process outlined in Appendix E.

This RFSO is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories:

C7000300 Landscape Construction
C7400200 Buildings General Contractor (includes: parking structures, new builds, renovation, maintenance and repair work)
