Description

The City of Beaumont is a growing municipality located in Alberta, Canada, within the Edmonton Metropolitan Region. With a population of approximately 25,000, Beaumont is a vibrant and diverse community with a strong Francophone heritage, welcoming residential neighborhoods, and an expanding commercial sector. The city has seen significant residential and commercial development in recent years and continues to invest in digital transformation initiatives to improve municipal service delivery.

In recent years, Beaumont has undertaken several digital transformation initiatives to modernize municipal services and improve public engagement. As part of these efforts, the City seeks to implement a comprehensive electronic permitting (e-Permitting) system to modernize its permitting processes and improve service delivery to residents, businesses, and contractors, enhance transparency and streamline the permitting process across multiple departments.

The City of Beaumont is initiating a discovery phase to gather insights on available market solutions, establish preliminary budget guidelines, and inform the development of future purchasing options or requirements.
