Description

Sealed envelopes marked "VILLAGE OF NEW MARYLAND SNOW AND ICE CONTROL 2025 - 2028", will be received at the office of the Village of New Maryland, 584 New Maryland Highway, New Maryland, NB, E3C 1K1 until 3:00 pm local time, Thursday, August 28th, 2025. The name of the Bidding Firm shall also be indicated on the envelope. Public opening of the bids will immediately follow.

The proposed work includes the plowing, salting and sanding of Village streets, (excluding Highway 101), driveways, access roads, and parking lots for a period of three (3) years. Bidders may submit a bid for any or all portions of the scope of work.
Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the total tender price.

Copies of the specifications for the proposed work may be obtained from the Village of New Maryland office, Monday to Friday during regular office hours.
The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
