Description

To ensure the City can continue to attract top talent in a timely and efficient manner, the People & Culture department is seeking to establish a roster of up to five (5) qualified executive and professional search firms under a standing agreement. These firms will provide recruitment services on an ad hoc basis, including occasionally on short notice, as strategic and operational needs arise. The services provided by these firms are intended to supplement the City’s internal hiring capabilities
