Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Microsoft Teams Voice Services Implementation and Support. Parkland County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to implement Microsoft Teams Voice Services. The primary goal is to transition from our existing Mitel phone system, to a modern, cloud-based voice solution fully integrated with Microsoft Teams with ongoing support.
