Description

Scope

Removal and proper disposal of old Bard Exterior Wall-Mount unit, including reclaim of refrigerant into appropriate reclaim bottles and sending away to refrigerant disposal location

Supply and installation of new HVAC unit
Supply and install of new supply and return air grilles as recommended by supplier
Supply and install of new thermostat if required
Electrical contractor to extend electrical & wire unit as required
Commissioning of new equipment upon installation completion

The replacement unit must meet or exceed the specifications below. A completed Specifications Summary spreadsheet must be included with submission.
General: Wall-Mount or Split 1.5 Ton Air Conditioner / Heater or an equivalent Heat Pump
Volts: 230 / 208
Phase: 1
Heat Strip: 5 kw or equivalent heating capacity
Cooling Cap. BTUH: 17,800
EER: 11.5
