Description

Alberta Pensions Services (APS) is seeking information and quotations from qualified vendors to conduct a comprehensive Technical Debt Assessment, establish a Measurement Framework, and develop a Strategic Roadmap to guide future remediation and management efforts. This initiative supports our commitment to improving system performance, maintainability, and long-term agility. The selected vendor will also be expected to define key metrics for tracking technical debt and propose actionable remediation options based on business value, urgency, and feasibility.
