Description

The purpose of this RSOQ is to select a Design/Build Respondent or Respondents who may be invited to participate in the next stage of this competitive selection process, when called.
As part of an overall renovation of the central gathering and passive area of Noel Booth Community Park (see Appendix A for a project area context plan), the existing playground is to be removed and replaced with a new custom playground of similar size or up to 25% larger. The scope of Work includes the provision of the full and complete design and all materials and performance of all Work necessary and appropriate for the construction of the custom playground at Noel Booth Community Park, including all play elements, site furnishings, footings, playground surfacing, concrete edging and drainage. A separate custom leaning/seating feature is also to be designed and constructed south of the existing pond,
