Summary Details
ICBC recognizes service milestone anniversaries and retirements for its 6,000 employees through a long-standing years of service recognition program. The current program for long-service employees has been in place since 2016. The contract with ICBC’s existing vendor will expire in late 2025 and ICBC hopes to enter into a new contract by then.

Through this NRFP, ICBC seeks a qualified vendor with proven experience delivering streamlined, user-friendly long service recognition programs for large organizations in both the public and private sectors. The selected vendor will be responsible for end-to-end program management, including product sourcing and fulfillment, the provision and maintenance of an online platform, and program administration and support services.
