Description

Our organization is seeking to engage a qualified Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) to deliver after-hours security monitoring and incident response services for our Microsoft 365 environment. This includes leveraging Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender solutions to detect, triage, and respond to security alerts during non-business hours.

The objective of this RFP is to identify a Canadian-based security service provider with proven experience in Microsoft 365 threat detection and response. The Successful Proponent will provide after-hours coverage for security alerts, ensuring that any potential threats are promptly addressed to protect organizational data and systems.
