Description

The Municipality of the County of Kings (the “Municipality”) is accepting proposals from qualified Proponents to perform snow removal and ice control services (salting/sanding) for municipal-owned roads, sidewalks and facilities for a term of five (5) years. This RFP is for Kingston Hydrants Zone which covers only fire hydrants located in Kingston. Proponents are welcome to submit proposals on one or multiple zones. Submissions which indicate a conditional bid (ie. Proponent's bid is only valid if they are awarded all zones) shall only be considered in the event of a lack of available competition and will otherwise not be considered for award.
