Le projet consiste principalement aux travaux de fournir et installer les portes et quincailleries et fournir seulement les cadres selon les dessins et devis ci-joints pour les Pavillons J.-Raymond-Frenette Phase 1, 2 et 3, au Campus de Moncton de l'Universit de Moncton.

Avant de livrer sa soumission, l'entrepreneur soumissionnaire doit effectuer une visite des lieux du projet et aussi se familiariser avec tous les aspects du projet afin de bien comprendre les intentions et les exigences d crites aux documents du projet.
