RFI26-TIC-008 - INTEGRATED CLOUD-BASED FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SOLUTION

Transportation Investment Corporation (the Corporation or TI Corp) is a provincial government crown corporation that was established under the Transportation Investment Act. TI Corp became a subsidiary of the B.C. Transportation Financing Authority on April 1, 2018, with a mandate to provide enhanced oversight, management, and delivery of major capital projects on behalf of the Province of British Columbia (the Province).

TI Corp is committed to modernizing its operations and ensuring transparency, efficiency, and accountability. To this end, TI Corp has issued this Request for Information (RFI) in order to obtain  information from Respondents regarding the supply and implementation of a flexible, scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution architected such that the components required to enable each of the enterprise resource planning functions (financial and  accounting management, contract management, human resource management, project management, etc.) can be implemented independently in staged deployments over time.
