This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Bridge Inspection, Management, and General Consulting Services

The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms to provide consulting services for a three-year bridge inspection and maintenance (BIM) program, with the option for two additional one-year terms.

This program will provide qualified bridge inspection services, based upon the developed BIM program for the following structures:
9 transportation bridge structures
7 pedestrian bridge structures
4 bridge culverts
