The purpose of this RFP is to engage a qualified transportation consultant to provide expert guidance for the Broadway Campus redevelopment, supporting the preparation of a Policy Statement and Rezoning submission over a multi-phase process. The consultant will assess existing conditions, identify opportunities and constraints, and develop a high-level and detailed mobility framework addressing site access, circulation, active transportation, parking, servicing, and loading. Key deliverables include Transportation Impact Studies, Transportation Demand Management Plans, and Transportation Assessment and Management Studies as required.
