This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of North Cowichan (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Janitorial Services – Municipality

The District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the janitorial services of our buildings and public washrooms at the following various locations.
•Crofton Public Washroom – One Location
•Chemainus Public Washrooms – Two Locations
•Chemainus and Crofton Sewage Treatment Plants – Two Buildings
•Municipal Hall – One Building
•North Cowichan Public Works – One Building
