Description

The work of this project is comprised of the construction of walking pathways, drainage system, multi use sports pad, landscaping, and parking areas at the East Royalty Park. The construction of this project will include but is not necessarily limited to: 1) Excavation, backfilling and compaction. 2) Provision for sandstone, granular, and other materials as indicated. 3) Drainage system. 4) Pavement and pavement marking. 5) Landscaping, topsoil and seeding. 6) Reinstatement of all disturbed surfaces. 7) Other site work as indicated.

Bidders will be encouraged to participate in a site visit on the specified date and review the site. The site visit will take place at 11:00 AM on September 3, 2025, at East Royalty Park in Charlottetown (East end of Bonnie Blink Drive). Each Bidder is responsible to determine the extent of work involved
