The City of Grande Prairie is seeking proposals for a vehicle presence detection system that utilizes active radar technology to ensure reliable vehicle detection across various environmental and lighting conditions. This new system is intended to overcome the limitations of visual-only detection, particularly in challenging scenarios such as snow, fog, sun glare, and low-contrast environments.
