Description

Design and facilitate a strategic planning process that is inclusive, evidence-informed and tailored to our rural and not-for-profit context.

Conduct multiple stakeholder engagements, including staff, clients, community partners, and funders. This requirement will include the facilitation of multiple engagement activities such as surveys, one-to-one interviews and focus groups.

Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, strengths, gaps, and opportunities.

Develop strategic priorities, goals, and measurable outcomes.

Create an executive summary and visual document of a final strategic plan document suitable for public and internal use.
