Description

To: Construction Management (CM) and General Contractor (GC) Companies (pre-qualified for both CM and GC) prequalified by Fraser Health for Acute Care Projects greater than $5M.

Fraser Health is seeking Expressions of Interest from Proponents who are interested in responding to a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Management Services for the C615-00 Surrey Memorial Hospital Dishroom Renovation project.

Surrey Memorial Hospital – Dishroom

Replacement of Scrapping Table (Stripping Table)
Replacement of existing ware washer with flight conveyer and addition of one net new wear washer with flight conveyor
Rebuilt pot wash area
Rebuild Cart wash area and add automatic detergent sprayer
Installation of Grease Trap interceptors per municipal guidelines
Replacement of floors with anti slip coating, to address puddling and leaking issues
Address plumbing, ventilation and electrical concern
Replace walls as required
Add automation for cutlery sorting, wrapping and automation for the car washer
