OVERVIEW & PURPOSE
The Town of Salisbury is currently accepting proposals for the janitorial services for a three (3) year term, with possibility of renewal for up to an additional three (3) years.

The scope of work includes various janitorial duties as outlined herein for four municipal facilities: Town Hall, 62 Douglas Street, Salisbury Public Library, and Salisbury Fire Rescue Station.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS
All submissions MUST be submitted to the Town IN PERSON in a SEALED ENVELOPE with the tender number (SALS2025-28) written on the SEALED ENVELOPE.

Electronic bids shall NOT be accepted. No information shall be provided to any proponent as it relates to other bids, number of bids, or details beyond what is included herein upon deposit of the bid, nor during the length of the tender period
