Sealed tenders marked " Regional Town of Cap-Acadie - Chemin de la Rivi re Street Upgrade, Project No. 280-25", will be received until 2:00 p.m. (local time) Thursday September 18, 2025 at the Town hall located at 2647 Acadie Road, Cap-Pel , NB E4N 1C2. The opening of tenders will be done publicly immediately following the tender closing.
Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to Regional Town of Cap-Acadie. The name of the tendering firm and the identification of the contract shall be indicated on the envelope. The successful Bidder will have to submit to the Owner, at the time of the contract execution, a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond, each equal to 50% of the Contract amount.
Tendering procedures and amendments of the Construction Services Regulation 2022-78 under the Procurement Act and amendments thereto, shall apply to this contract.
Electronic tender documents are available online on New Brunswick Opportunity Network (NBON).
The Regional Town of Cap-Acadie reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest/highest or any qualified tender will not necessarily be accepted.
