OTHER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

The Town of Oromocto is currently seeking qualified construction management firms in New Brunswick for an upcoming commercial project. We are specifically seeking a firm experienced in delivering services under the CCDC 5B - Construction Management for Services and Construction contract model.

The project will require both pre-construction advisory and active construction execution, including:
- Budget development and cost control
- Trade contractor coordination
- Schedule management
- Site supervision and safety compliance

We are particularly interested in firms with a strong track record in commercial or institutional builds and a collaborative approach to project delivery.
