Description

The Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to conduct pre- and post-retrofit EnerGuide home energy assessments as part of the RDKB HomeSmart EnerGuide Pilot (EnerGuide Pilot). The Proponents shall have the capacity to provide optional CSA F280-12 heat load calculations—either at the whole-building level or room-by-room. The purpose of the EnerGuide Pilot is to evaluate the impact of EnerGuide assessments on retrofit decisions in income-qualified households.
