Intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform Work to complete renovation of existing Student Space, located at 715 McBride Blvd, New Westminster, BC V3L 5T4, for Stipulated Price contract

Bidders Briefing:
.1 Mandatory site visit has been scheduled for 2:00pm, on 11th day, of September, 2025 at 715 McBride Blvd, New Westminster, BC V3L 5T4.
.2 General Contractors are required to attend. Major sub trades are invited.
.3 Allow approximately 2 hours for the mandatory site visit at which all Contractors are required to confirm existing site and building(s) conditions.
.4 Bids will not be accepted by Contractors who do not attend the scheduled mandatory site visit.
.5 Representatives of Owner and Prime Consultant will be in attendance.
