N662640008 - Prince George - UHN PSY Nurse Call Replacement

The existing nurse call system at UHN is required to replace with one that meets both facility requirements and NH standards. The consultant is expected to provide a replacement design that is compatible with the existing site conditions, including architectural and electrical layouts. Identifying existing locations and determining the required number of consoles, nurse call devices and outline any new requirements in the facility are part of the services.

Proponents are asked to submit a fixed fee with a breakdown of each phase (see
Section 3.3 of the RFP), for preparation of the following:
1. Schematic Drawings
2. Design Development Drawings
3. Tender Package and support
4. Construction package and Contract Administration; and,
5. As-Built Drawings and relevant models.

Proponents are asked to submit, separate from the fixed fee, the amount of site visits that will be required for this project. Submission of the Building Permit application, including all required schedules and drawings, is the responsibility of the successful proponent. Costs for preparation are to be included in the fixed fee, the application fee will be covered by Northern Health Authority.
