The District of West Vancouver invites proposals for the development of the Fulton Properties at 1538 Fulton Avenue, 1542 Fulton Avenue, 775 15th Street, 791 15th Street, West Vancouver (Site) east of the existing Fire Hall #1 and near the Police Services and Municipal Hall.

The District is making this Site available via a ground lease to facilitate the construction of a multifamily residential development, that can include affordable rental housing, supportive housing, market rental, strata residential, or a combination of the housing types.
