Description

Under this RFQ, the city of Vancouver (the "City") is seeking to transfer the City’s Credits to one or more Part 3 fuel suppliers under the Low Carbon Fuels (General) Regulation (the “LCFGR”). We invite qualified buyers to submit quotations for the purchase of all or a portion of these carbon credits. While the City is open to selling the full allotment, partial bids will also be considered to accommodate varying buyer needs. The submitted bid pricing must remain the same as when the transfer of Credits occurs.
