Description

Ontario Health requires the provision of an anonymous ethics reporting system that enables employees and members of the public to share information (i.e. submit reports) to Ontario Health confidentially and anonymously through at least two (2) report submission options (including a 24/7, 365 day toll free number and an online web-submission form).
