Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Public-Private Partnership (“P3”) Advisory Services for the Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project (“HIEP”)

DPW and its partners in the HIEP are seeking the assistance of a firm (e.g., company, corporation, partnership, etc.) to provide P3 Advisory Services in relation to the construction and transition to operations (“Implementation”) phase of the HIEP.
