Description

The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) is requesting proposals from qualified agencies to deliver a pilot project of implementing Microsoft SharePoint Online for the Water Services team. The pilot will test migration processes, validate assumptions from the implementation roadmap, and provide practical insights into time, effort, and cost requirements for a full implementation. Outcomes will include a configured SharePoint environment, migrated pilot content, staff training, and a final report with recommendations to guide future organization-wide implementation.
