Description

BC Hydro is seeking one fully qualified and experienced Proponent to act in the
capacity of a Land Title Agent to provide a cost-effective and time-efficient professional
Land Title Agency service to conduct searches, obtain copies of documents and plans
from all the Land Title offices in the Province of British Columbia and to register BC
Hydro documentation and plans by way of electronic or manual registration.

The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of 5 years, which may be extended for up to 4 years through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of 9 years.

This procurement may involve negotiation.
