Description

Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver (“City”) of its intent to contract with Julie Maheu Consulting for the Marketing and Content Manager for the FIFA World Cup 26 Vancouver.

The Marketing and Content Manager position will report to the Communications, PR and Partnership Lead of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Vancouver Host Committee. The role will require to collaborate with internal teams, such as the Community and Stakeholder Relations Lead, external partners and FIFA to develop, manage and execute content strategies aligned with Host City obligations and objectives.

This senior-level position requires a strategic leader who can independently manage Vancouver’s Host City social and digital presence and will develop high impact organic and paid strategies and create dynamic content for multiple channels, as well as support key marketing initiatives. Julie Maheu Consulting will develop and execute high-impact organic and paid campaigns, aligned with the Host Committee Marketing and Communications Action Plan.

The estimated value of the contract is approximately $117,000.00 before taxes, excluding reimbursable expenses with a term of approximately 11 months.
