Description

The purpose of this RFP is to engage a qualified sustainability and energy modelling consultant to support the Broadway Campus redevelopment, including the Policy Statement and subsequent rezoning submission. The consultant will develop a comprehensive sustainability framework covering energy and emissions, water management, materials and waste, mobility, health and equity, and will provide energy modelling to inform building performance and Step Code compliance. Deliverables include sustainability strategies, a Green and Resilient Building Measures Package, and support for engagement, City reviews, and public hearings, all to be coordinated with the prime rezoning consultant.
