This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of PUBLIC ART – CPR Pedestrian Bridge Rehabilitation (the Deliverables).

As a pre-qualified artist for The City of Red Deer (The City) CPR Pedestrian Bridge Rehabilitation Public Art Project, we are asking that you prepare an in-depth proposal for presentation and a maquette or rendering of your proposed art piece for the Public Art Opportunity that you have been pre-selected for.
