This Statement of Work (SOW), under the Application Master Services Agreement (AMSA) PQR is an invitation to submit Responses for the provision of Self-sustaining Application Services and Base Services with a focus on Continuous Service Improvement and innovation such as Automation-First and AI-Enabled Service Delivery in order to reduce manual processes, increase efficiency and allow for transitioning of Application Services and Base Services to internal teams.
