The Township requires certain towing and storage services for the removal of vehicles including commercial vehicles and other equipment from Township streets and owned property, leased vehicles, and towing and storage services in respect of accidents, breakdowns and other such incidence of improper, accidental or unlawful use of public highways and other public places, as directed by Police or Bylaw Enforcement or Community Patrol Officers In accordance with applicable municipal bylaws and provincial laws.
