Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the City of Merritt (the “City”) invites Proposals from experienced civil contracting firms, to perform construction services for the City’s proposed Quilchena Alley Watermain Replacement Project (the ‘Project’), that focuses on replacing an existing 50mm galvanized water main.
