Quotations shall be submitted by completing this document and placing it in a sealed, opaque envelope, clearly marked on the outside, "RFQ – Annual Sewer Main Maintenance; Purchasing Officer; 10 MacAleer Drive, Charlottetown PE, C1E 2A1", and must be received before 2:00:00 pm local time on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025. It is the responsibility of the bidder to deliver the sealed bid to the address mentioned above before the time indicated. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the Bidder unopened.
