The subject property consists of approximately 1.20 acres, has an older vacant school building of approximately 2,090 square feet, is located in Little Fort and is presently zoned P-2 Institutional. The site is serviced with a well and septic system. The Board makes no guarantee as to future zoning. The Board makes no guarantee as to the condition of the well, water and/or septic system, nor any other building components. Power has been disconnected for a number of years.
