Sourcewell and Canoe are seeking proposals for Express Courier and Ground Delivery Logistics Services (inbound or outbound), covering all categories and methods of air and ground shipment or delivery, including:

a. Documents, letters, parcels, and packages;
b. Heavyweight, oversized, freight, and palletized items;
c. Regulated or controlled shipments, including but not limited to hazardous materials, biological/medical materials, perishable goods, high-value and restricted goods; and,
d. Products and accessorial services including but not limited to: same-day, expedited, ground, weekend/after-hours, white-glove/inside delivery, and liftgate service.
