Description

Ontario Health is seeking expressions of interest from clinicians with expertise in quality improvement, digital health and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the position of Clinical Lead, Digital Implementation of Quality Initiatives. Initiated in 2022, the Evidence2Practice program aims to bridge the gap between evidence and clinical practice by supporting the digital implementation of Quality Standards and clinical practice guidelines across Ontario. Reporting to the Vice President of Quality, the Clinical Lead will provide expert advice and clinical leadership at the provincial level for the Evidence2Practice Program, which includes the development, iterative testing, procurement, and implementation of AI-based clinical decision support tools, and championship of existing EMR tools and HIS enhancements in primary and acute care.
